Store litter pickers in community venues

A local town has litter pickers and gloves at local community centres and other places around the town, so that people can just quickly borrow them and do a litter pick at a time that suits them.

People will volunteer 10 minutes here or there when that can rather than sign up to be a regular volunteer or litter champion. Also this is a really low cost and easy to manage system, that will help to keep our streets a bit cleaner.
